                               RESOLUTION NO. 20902
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NOS. 1 AND 
                 2, BESSIE SMITH HALL CONTRACT, WITH C & M 
                 CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, WHICH CHANGE ORDERS 
                 INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY SIX THOUSAND, 
                 THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE AND 50/100 DOLLARS 
                 ($6,329.50) FOR A REVISED CONTRACT PRICE NOT TO 
                 EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND, EIGHT 
                 HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT AND 08/100 DOLLARS 
                 ($189,828.08).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       Change Order Nos. 1 and 2, Bessie Smith Hall Contract, with C & M 
       Construction Company, which change orders increase the contract 
       amount by $4,579.50 and $1,750.00, respectively, for a revised 
       contract price not to exceed $189,828.08.
